★"I have only one goal."★
NAME • Polaris "Ris"
AGE • Approximately 16 in human
EYE COLOR • A dark pinkish red. Or something along the lines of Fandango
HAIR • Short curls that don't quite actually cover most of his forehead. They're very unruly but fat locks
SKIN • Pale, would be almost blue if he didn't seem to glow warm tones most of the time.
BODY TYPE • He's a bit short for his age but he has powerful cores?? to his build
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES • His general look is supposed to be very different from other people. He sometimes wears a pair of fingerless gloves that only cover his middle fingers. A [free floating] star acts as a charm, tattoo, insignia around his clothes and body in different outfits. When he is very angry or determined, he begins to glow.
PERSONALITY • Ris is a very quiet guy, choosing to contemplate to himself. He is very goal driven. He's a workaholic and does not know how to enjoy himself. He is probably one of, if not the only, the most determined characters I own.
PAST • In the distant past, Ris was a pulsating star that twirled tightly in orbit with his sister Risa. One day, Risa led him through a rip through space where when they arrived on the other side, they were ambushed by star hunters. In a self-sacrificing manner, Risa grabbed all of Ris' star powers and pushed him away. Ris, now akin to a human, watched helplessly as his sister was captured in a net and sped away as he hit silver tracks under him and passed out. There he was discovered by a trinket collector who introduced him to Arcas and then showed Ris the means of traveling by train through the universe.
You mean that highly destructive obsessive relationship Ris has with Risa? This entire story is about breaking that dependence on her, something he does grow out of. She is/was the only reason he kept on striving for his goal. When her importance to himself is questioned, it shatters his resolve.
With Arcas, Ris knows the older boy is hiding something from him/them. Their relationship is best left as partners or companions. They never have much to say to each other but at least they work well together. Ris depends on Arcas to man the train, and take out enemies sometimes.
Vega bothers Ris mildly. It's like sitting next to an affectionate porcupine. Her instant liking to Ris and her overall protectiveness of him can be suffocating. Still she is the best at fighting out of the three of them....
